Private Functions - Menu Ideas

Finger Buffet Menus

We have 5 finger buffet menus to choose from, although we are happy to cater to individual requirements.

Sample Finger Buffet 1
Assorted sandwiches, nachos and salsa, mini quiche, chicken wings, potato wedges with sour cream.

Sample Finger Buffet 2
Open sandwiches on French bread, filo prawns, duck spring rolls, chicken kebabs, mozarella sticks wtih redcurrant dip, crudités and dips.


3 Course 'Sit Down Meal' Menus

We have a choice of 3 menus with 4 options for starter, main and dessert on each.


Sample 3 course meal 
Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup
Medallions of Welsh Lamb
with rosemary and redcurrant sauce laced wih port wine
Champagne Strawberry Meringue
topped with clotted cream drizzled with rich chocolate sauce
Filter Coffee
served with mints

Hog Roast
in association with the Pig Roast Company - 3 options available
Minimum 100 guests required

Sample Hog Roast

Hot Roast Pork served in soft bread rolls accompanied with stuffing and a selection of sauces, french leaves, tomato salad, cucumber salad, pasta salad, jacket potatoes, mayonnaise.

Fork Buffet
3 menu options.

Sunday Lunch
3 course Sunday Lunch - 4 options to choose from per course, followed by coffee.

For all private functions we have children's options, vegetarian options, and we are happy to adapt dishes for those with special dietary requirements.
