Fitness Classes

Trying to find the perfect class for you? Look no further! Below you’ll find descriptions for many of our fitness classes and we’re confident you’ll find the right one for you at Patshull Park's Health and Fitness Club.

Booking is essential; members can book 7 days ahead of the fitness class. Non members can book 24 hours in advance. Call 01902 701260.

Aqua Aerobics Classes
Monday 6:30 - 7:15pm, Tuesday 11:00 – 11:45am, Wednesday 9:30 - 10:15am

A fun water based workout which will improve cardiovascular fitness without placing stress on the joints and is suitable for everyone.

Boot Camp Classes
Tuesday 9:00 - 10:00am
Sunday 5:30 - 6:30pm

A mixture of body weight exercises with interval training and strength training that guarentees to get the blood pumping!

Bitesize Boxercise Classes
Monday 6:45 - 7:15pm

A 30 minute, high powered class using pad work, working on abs and toning up arms and legs.

Boxercise Classes
Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00pm

A class that focuses on body movements similar to boxing, but with a bit more fun! Great for ladies who want to tone up, and guys who want to improve their cardiovascular endurance.

Step Classes (advanced)

A high intensity and highly addictive class that incorporates step and aerobics. Not for the faint hearted!

Kettlebell Classes

An intense class involving kettlebells that will improve your cardiovascular system and tone those muscles. Great for core strength and adding definition to your whole body.

Yoga

A popular choice in today's fitness community. Groups and individuals use this ancient, classic yoga style to get fit and encourage a healthy mind-body connection.

Zumba!

Pretty much the most awesome workout ever! Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
