Trying to find the perfect class for you? Look no further! Below you’ll find descriptions for many of our classes and we’re confident you’ll find the right one for you.

All classes are designed for both men and women.

Aqua Aerobics
Monday 1830 – 1915, Tuesday 1100 – 1145, Wednesday 0930 - 1015

£2.50 per member, £5 per non-member/resident
A fun water based workout which will improve cardiovascular fitness without placing stress on the joints and is suitable for everyone.
Activity level 1 to 4

Boot Camp
Saturday 0900 - 1000

£5 per person
A mixture of traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training that guarentees to get the blood pumping!
Activity level 3 to 5

Boxercise
Wednesday 1800 – 1900
with Liv
£4 per member, £5 per non-member/resident
A combination of aerobic and circuit style workout, which incorporates basic boxing moves whilst using pads. Great fun and hugely motivating.

Step Up!
Saturdays 1000 - 1100

An energetic and addictive step class with a difference!

Ultimate Core
Sunday 1730 - 1830

A varied class based on circuits of exercises designed to improve strength and endurance, as well as improve cardiovascular fitness.
Activity level 3 to 5

Ultimate Fat Burner
Monday 1830 - 1930, Wednesday 1930 - 2030, Friday 1730 - 1830

£5 per person
An invigorating workout that includes kettlebell exercises and boxing to maximise weight loss and increase stamina.
Activity level 3 to 5

Activity Level 3 = moderate level of fitness required
