Fitness Classes

Trying to find the perfect class for you? Look no further! Below you’ll find descriptions for many of our fitness classes and we’re confident you’ll find the right one for you at Patshull Park Health and Fitness Club.

Booking is essential; members can book 7 days ahead of the fitness class. Non members can book 24 hours in advance. Call 01902 701260.

Aqua Aerobics Classes
Monday 6:30 - 7:15pm
Tuesday 11:00 – 11:45am
Wednesday 9:30 - 10:15am

A fun water based workout which will improve cardiovascular fitness without placing stress on the joints and is suitable for everyone.
Activity level 1 to 4

Boot Camp Classes
Saturday 5:30 - 6:30pm

A mixture of body weight exercises with interval training and strength training that guarentees to get the blood pumping!
Activity level 1 to 5

Bitesize Boxercise Classes
Monday 6:45 - 7:15pm
£FREE Members, £5 non members/residents
A 30 minute, high powered class using pad work, working on abs and toning up arms and legs.
Activity level 1 to 4 

Boxercise Classes
Wednesday 6:00 - 6:45pm
£FREE Members, £5 non members/residents
A class that focuses on body movements similar to boxing, but with a bit more fun! 
Activity level 1 to 4

Kettlebell Classes
Sunday 9:30 - 10:00am
£FREE members, £5 non members/residents
An intense class involving kettlebells that will improve your cardiovascular system and tones muscles. Great for core strength and adding definition to your whole body.
Activity level 3 to 5

Yoga Classes
Monday 7:30 - 8:30pm

A popular choice in today's fitness community. Groups and individuals use this ancient, classic yoga style to get fit and encourage a healthy mind-body connection.
Activity level 1 to 4 

Activity Level 1 = easiest
Activity Level 3 = moderate level of fitness required
Activity Level 5 = great for the fitness-mad
